With a two-stage integral system, Oleiva technology extracts extra virgin olive oil at low temperatures (80.6° F) and in a continuous cycle, separating the oil from the moist spent olives (a thick mixture of spent olive and vegetation waters).
This technology does not require adding water to the decanter, thus guaranteeing a better quality of oil.
It is characterized by a high treatment capacity and offers the advantage of saving a large quantity of water and limiting the impact on the environment.
The washing room is equipped with a modern washer that runs at the speed of eight tons per hour. The olives are cleaned and sorted to eliminate leaves, twigs and pebbles. Once washed, rinsed and strained, they are passed on to the storage hoppers based on the batch and the variety.
